Initial Salesman fantastic Salesman colleague good service while salesman was not there, he took care like it was his own sales. Sales manager (never met the guy) His decision wasn't in my interest but in the company's interest. Poor salesman who spent all the time and didn't get the sale. My car appraisal was low by $ 1750 compared to two other dealers. I got better appraisal at LallierKia Laval and Saint-Eustache Albi Kia. Kia Mascouche had the car instock for an entire week. I guess milking the customers is their way. The thing about milking a customer is that they will remember it until and forever, even if management has changed. Until the loss has been refunded. I am glad I went elsewhere. i got good service and more for my trade-in. I dont blame anyone there, I blame Albi for their structure and the lack of training to their employees. No one was rude to me, nor was I rude to anyone. I thanked the salesman and told him sorry, but I will look elsewhere as your sales manager won't match the price on the trade-in. I just feel bad that the salesman didn't get his commission. Did you know that the car companies keep the commission when the sales leave on top of paying the sales low salary. Why 1 star That's my opinion about this dealer The salesman and his colleague should receive 5 stars If the customer service is trying to help me... great work, and thank you, but I already placed my order elsewhere.

Service from salesman sucked after we signed the offer to purchase. We waited 8 months for the car. We called after 6 months and were unable to reach him. Service by the financing manager Manon was a 10 star service..wow wow. Picking up the car...the car still had sticker residue which needed to be touched up by the personnel. Worried about how the special wax we paid for they put on will adhere to those parts! There's a scratch on plastic wheel rim. They took pictures and will call back.

Honestly great service when we went to actually purchase the vehicle in March 2022 Was promised a date 5 months later and about two weeks before that date they called me to tell me Kia wasn’t making the 2022 version anymore and that I would keep priority for the 2023 version (normal with all the delays with car production). At this point I was fine with waiting and had great service so I decided to wait until they would call me with the details on the 2023 version. I have tried contacting my salesman 5 times since October. NEVER calls back, no news at all, I call the front desk, they always transfer me to my seller and once again…. Voicemail. I just want information on another model and prices … My 1 star review is for the lack of service après ventes. Which was 0! I just went back today to get my deposit back and the salesmen didn’t even come out to see me when the receptionist went to tell him I was going to cancel!
